Graphic Wall Pads

Construction: Shall consist of 2" thick foam cushioning material bonded to a 7/16" thick wafer board backer and covered with a 14 oz. vinyl covering. Vinyl to be rated as self-extinguishing in accordance with California State Fire Code F-230 and Class A Rated in accordance with requirements of NFPA-101. Vinyl is to be resistant to rot, mildew and fungus. Panel front and edges shall be vinyl wrapped and securely stapled to the wood backer so that the backer is not exposed on front or four sides.

Pads can be supplied with school’s mascot, full color photo, sponsor’s adver- tising or other art the owner may choose. Manufacturer to offer thousands of standard images or be able to accept owner-supplied graphics in EPS or TIF formats. Custom artwork is available at an additional charge. Graphics to be printed on Draper standard leather grain embossed wall pad fabric available in 15 colors. Graphics are to be printed by a digital 4-color process. Digital printing process utilizes ultraviolet curable inks safe for the environment and with the curable process the ink has great adhesion properties. Digital printing process insures artwork is sharp and clear from any distance. Graphic Pads that are silk-screened or made with adhesive vinyl shall not be considered equal.
